Also any stat selectable ascended backpiece from collections or living world maps (like https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Mawdrey) can be stat swapped once when infusing https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Infused_equipment (not really cheap tho, but still an option).
