I don't think it makes tons of sense in the game's lore and atmosphere, but it's both wrinkle and cat and it was well-made. It looks spindly enough to flap around, and its face falls off at night. Firstly I love pangolins, and this is clearly a pangolin and not an armadillo. But it's also close enough to a hedgehog that I can dye it blue and amuse myself zooming around Tyria on Sonic, something I'd actually (half joking) suggested when the roller beetle was first released. The wings look like dragonflies and they're one of my favorite creatures, I couldn't pass it up. I love the iridescent effect on the wings with high shaders. Cynder.2509 Posted March 1, 2020 Share Posted March 1, 2020 While I'm absolutely no fan of remodelling the base skeleton and make a mount into something different (say a raptor into a dog or desert fox type creature) one of my favorites is the goat skin for the springer. Might be because my sign is Capricorn and because I love goats. Or it might also be because I'm no fan of the springer mount whatsoever because the kangooroo hare thing looks dumb in my opinion. I think it's a 2k gem purchase? I would love to have that skin, but haven't seen it on GS for over a year now. Was it a one-off thing? Ps. That's how I would like the ranger pet to look like. Only gripe is that finding good dyes on it is a bit frustrating as what is two different colors on say the hummingbird skin, are almost identical on the deer skin.
