Yep haven't been back for a while. If the next one has similar mechanics I will do the same. Run my toons through the story, map completion, get some useless masteries, play a few times and forget about it.

I wish a lot more of the drops where like that. Gone after complete like recipe bundles etc.

I tend to agree. If I am dropping 50 gold they should be Rich.

Hairstyles, LOL. Waste of resources unless they make its gem store only (no gold exchange) for 2000 gems per cut!

Name change contract ( But it's 800 gems and I don't know it it will work with special characters). Or you will have to contact support directly. Forums are generally useless for interaction with Anet but the great community might have other solutions to get around this.

When I solo PVE and say holy kaka I didn't know my effects looked that neat. Yep need an option to turn off other players effects.

Yep. You should be able to break down any of the high level crafting material back to component parts when needed! Needs a recycle option at the crating stations even if its a 500 lvl skill or sell something like the Salvage-o-Matics to break them back down for a cost.

Oh well I play the game according to the clock that I live by and I know when resets occur using my time after all these years.

Never bother with it using it now. It was a fun gimmick but don't use it at all any more (or need it) because of my mounts.

Funny, my reset time is 8:00 PM right now and in the fall its' 7:00 (EST).

Not much to say, except many have requested more frequent checkpoints during story and Anet hasn't.

After coming here to find out what I am doing wrong, it seems I wasn't. Just bad luck and timing participating in a badly designed event.

Did the same, and the one post from 'ports' is gone, but still has access and is posting in others. It's a shame that we have to ticket support in order to assist with such flagrant violations and poor forum maintenance.

THIS^^^^^^ lots of racist posts as well with little to no moderation at all. I used a support ticket to draw ANET out. Nothing back, but it seems one thread is now gone. Poster still seems to have access though.

This has been discussed more times than it is worth (and generally rejected) . As others have suggested, the search function works.
