I wish they'd hire a community manager, Other games have teams of people dedicated to this but even just one person to answer FAQs on here, reddit or social media would be a huge help. Set up a staff discord channel for the community manager to relay questions and answers. I'm not asking for total transparency on their workflow but for example a simple yes/no if the Legendary armory is planned before End of dragons or if there's going to be a balance patch before the end of the year would be a big step in right direction.

That does sound a pretty strong in big groups. Hopefully we get a balance patch soon, It's been way too long.

Personally the perfect map for me is Aesthetically pleasing and has **Fun** Events/Metas that are rewarding to play or farm. I much rather small events leading up to a quicker meta than for example drizzlewood where it's nonstop and very draining to even do once.

I'm just theory crafting here but I just can't see them dealing with Primordus that quickly, There's no reason he can't be part of the expansion too. What if we team up with jormag and primordus kills them, then that leads us to seek help from the deep sea dragon in the cantha expansion. The "They need me" line in the Cantha trailer could be the deep sea dragon offering help to deal with Primordus?

In the skin department - A lot. Skimmer can now dive. Balance wise there was a big balance patch a while back but nothing major since. Legendary armory was announced in march but no major updates on that either. New Sunqua Peek Fractal. Most content has come from the Ice brood Saga with new story, maps, metas, skins, masteries, strike missions ect...

I don't think it's possible to lock stuff like that behind an expansion, I don't see how you could have people playing two different versions of the same game mode? Balance changes should be stuff they do on a regular bases, Sadly Anet just doesn't think it's worth their time. I'm not going to pay extra just to get access to something they should already be doing.

I doubt it, Waypoints are a staple and a good feature to have if you've got a lot going on on larger maps. We don't know how we're going to arrive to Cantha just yet or what it's like their currently, They've been in contact with the Zephyrites according to the wiki so maybe they could have given them waypoints?

The games very much alive with regular content updates and a third big expansion planned for 2021. When it comes to other game modes like PvP and especially WvW those game modes can sometimes give the impression that they are "dead" content, This falls mostly on the devs paying them very little attention leading to stale gameplay rather than a lack of interest.
