    > As to this, I guess because we were already incapacitated by the Whisper and Jormag. I'll have to replay it again but it seemed like he shot us while we were communing with Jormag and that arrow is what interrupted it. So in a sense, even if he shot and severely injured us he sort of saved our sanity? I don't know. It's all pretty fuzzy so I'll probably play through it again real quick. Either way though, we did just fight an elder dragon champion and Rhytlock and Crecia. Where as with Balthazar we fought him and only him, the second time with Aurene's help.

What i found interesting after replaying the episode.

Jormag tells Crecia and Rhytlock that the commander would kill ryland and banger , which we ofc deny.

But i was fully ready to down both of them right there.

And who knows what would have happend if the arrow mist or something.

Jormag was not that far of here.

  3. I dont understand how a simple arrow shot was enough to almost kill the commander.

Yes its a magic bow but come on!

Remember when we got send flying a few hundred meters and smash full force into a wall from kralks attack?

The commander had some broken bones at most but thats it.

Some old charr with a magic bow is now on the same level as balthazar in PoF?

And how the frick did they get away after braham got his ssj transformation?

Braham still useless as ever huh?

The fact that both charr made it out alive pisses me off to the 10th level.

Dont care if it brings a war wirh the charr or hurts mr flame sword.

Both will be dead by the end of the saga.

So sad that a doctor in a war zone avoids being on the front line.

    These cowards!

They should be picking up a gun and fight!

    But seriously.

Why should a player that chose to play support, a very important play style in WvW, fight a 1v1 when the build is not made for that?

If i see a roamer on a support class or a build i know for a fact cannot win a 1v1, why on earth should i do it then?

    Serious answer:

Races in Gw2 mean very little.

There are racial skills but they are balanced to be weaker then your normal skills.

You choose a race for 3 things here:

Story: You get different dialog etc.

    Fashion.

Size: In PvE it can be good to be small to see more.

AoE marker or in jumping puzzles.

In WvW/PvP both can be beneficial to you.

Many guardians choose to be big so the frail casters ,who often play small characters like asura , are harder to spot.

All in all, race doesnt matter much but there are some situation were it can make a small difference

  6. -Be me

    -Be on Medi Scrapper

-Cant win a fight with healer zerg build.

    -No Tag around

-Goes to camp to cap for participation.

    -Sees enemy roamer

-Port to spawn to find something else to cap.

    -Me no free loot bag

    > Nearly two years later, condition is definitely dead and pvp is no better for it. All we have done is force condition users out of the game thus further reducing the player population. If you disagree with this notion state why i've just returned back to pvp been playing for a week now about 20 or so hours and looks like we are ruled by power burst meta and all mesmer builds have been gutted.

    >

    > Now that the dust has settled do you guys really think it was a good idea to destroy condition in pvp?

    > If so why? How has pvp gotten any better?

    Something something necro post something

But yes. I still hate conditions more then 1. shots.

Dont get me wrong, i hate both.

But the problem with 1shots lies more in stealth/range.

I would not have a problem with power mesmer if he could not Ohko out of stealth.

Well... 98% of the content in every lw episode are AP.

    The 2% is the story.

What else should we be doing?

    ?

I can get 65 AP for playing the new event for 2 hours with one hand.

The number of AP your Idea of achievment would have to give would be insane.

Like 5000 Ap at least to become maybe worth the time needed.

Plus the title: Legendary time waster.

    > What? Ofc he will. Of warriors I hate to fight on squishy builds like theif/mes it's a rifle warrior, why? BECAUSE THEY ARE RANGED! Kill shout isn't the real threat, its things like volly and aa alone does 3k dmg, and hitting that sort of dmg on squishy is a lot of pressure, do you dodge it or race tank it...

When an aa doing 3k is giving your trouble then i have bad news for you.
