  1. Tengu? No thank you. I'd rather have Arenanet spend resources elsewhere. There's also no coherent way a Tengu could suddenly become the dragon-slaying Commander, when he joins the team in EoD, having never slain a dragon before and hasn't been part of the Pact to earn the title of ~~Poobah~~ Commander. As for your story, it has a major flaw: If Zhaitan hadn't been killed of completely, other dragons wouldn't have been able to absorb his Death magic and the Risen in Siren's landing could not be unchained. Also, there wouldn't have been the discovery of the problem with the natural balance and that killing dragons is bad. After all that Arenanet pulled in Season 5 already, I wouldn't be surprised about some plot twist of Zhaitan escaping the Mists and reanimating his own corpse though. This twist wouldn't change your story much, but it also wouldn't disrupt all the lore that has been built upon Zhaitan's death.

Since most (if not all) of raiding and raid training is organized outside of the game (for example in Discord), many people don't access it. We have a LFG for that and it should be used for that instead of selling raids. > 2.Why ppl do Woj+Boneskiner that rare? usualy taking 3-4 healers help clear that content much easier and faster, i'm sure much more ppl can try Woj/Boneskiner that Unlike the other Strike Missions, Boneskinner is not a faceroll instance that can be done with just any builds. Whisper of Jormag isn't really hard, but many people just don't want to learn (or at least bother with) the ball mechanic. Also, WoJ incorporates fall damage into the fight, which is is disgusting. > 3.Why so small number of ppl ask other ppl did thay do well, or not ask about thay class more experienced players or at last try find mentor for guide? > i also notice some ppl can get offened if you tell them some tips/feedback, are in this community thay are not welcome or maybe i'm to much formal and schold try sound more nice? Some people just want to have fun without needing to put much effort in. After an 8+ hours work day full of maximum effort, I wouldn't want to put effort into my leisure time either. Some people view getting tips as some kind of "put more effort in" message, which is exactly what these people do **not** want to do.

We don't even know who the great dwarf is. Since the dwarfs and glint were allies I always assumed the great dwarf was a converted dragon champ like glint but able to make people like the pale tree. The dwarfs could have been made flesh to break Primordus's control so they could build up their wills as mortals and resist his call like the sylvari were able to. Would also explain why the stone summit seem to now be allies to primirdus We know that the Great Dwarf technically is a god, like the human gods, even though he is the collective consciousness of **all** dwarves. We know that he once walked on Tyria, like the Human Gods, but then moved into the Mists to rule over the Great Forge (the Dwarven afterlife). Since he possessed the ability to move through the Mists before the dragons absorbed it from Balthazar, it's safe to say he never was a Dragon minion.

I'd much prefer a shortbow :D A bow would be equally weird for a music themed elite specialization.

I can't vote based on this "size" criteria defined by OP, because I have a mix of all "sizes" and I do love them all the same. :) Just think of it like: If you could have one skin you really love in any size you wanted, would you rather have it be small (realistic size), medium or unwieldy large?

  7. Both Primordus and Jormag are using the resonance magic that strengthened Kralkatorrik and his Branded **and was Kralkatorrik's weakness.** I certainly hope Arenanet won't ignore the bolded part for Jormag and Primordus.
  8. I don't like fishing in real life. I don't like fishing in WoW. I don't like fishing in FF14. I don't like fishing in Zelda games. I doubt I would like it in GW2.
  9. It's a Charr and just sells few items one or two seals cheaper than the Norn though. Arenanet should stop adding pointless masteries just for the sake of adding masteries.
  10. > @"Sparkleuk.8690" said: > I find this news appalling. Stopping support only because there's not going to be an OpenGL support and switching to new faster CPU architecture? Rubbish. If Blizzard can update all of their games to use Metal, so can GW2. Blizzard even updated WoW (a game from 2004) from 32bit -> 64bit THEN to ARM 64bit and to use newer GPU API's then kitten, so can GW2. In the end, I think the reason being is that the GW2 engine is just too heavy and somehow difficult to fix/edit/change/whatever. Did you even consider that ActivisionBlizzard has the money and manpower to do so, while Arenanet likely does not have it? By all appearances, Arenanet barely has enough money and manpower to keep the game running with the bare minimum of updates and making an expansion.
  11. > @"Sajuuk Khar.1509" said: > That's not really how the magic absorption works. Kralk didn't get Zhaitan's weakness of overly specialized minions, or Mordremoth's weakness of mind. Kralkatorrik didn't use mind magic or overly specialized minions, so there is way of knowing now, whether he might have had these weaknesses, if he had used them. However, the downside I mentioned is an inherent part of the minion resonance magic that has been confirmed to be used by both Jormag and Primordus.

I chose the RP/Cosplay option, as it's the closest choice to me just sometimes bashing in heads in core Tyria for fun.
  13. I want guardian hammer to be good or at least decent, but there simply is no way. I don't believe current Arenanet can turn it into a decent weapon. At least it's somewhat fun to play with. Also, those poll options don't fit your question. "Should it be left alone?" is a _yes or no_ question.
  14. Before, his destryoers had no resonance with Primordus. He just made them and they went destroying. But now, after sucking up Kralkatorrik's magic, he becomes stronger the more his minions destroy. That's why the destruction is much worse now. However, since this magic also doubled as Kralkatorrik's weakness (as it made him weak to his own crystal magic), Fire should be one of Primordus' weaknesses now (and ice one of Jormag's, as Jormag utilizes this magic as well). But I can see Arenanet forgetting about the downside, despite its importance in season 4.
  15. This happened every new update for years now. Some people get lags, fps drops, and other connection issues, while other people stop having these problems. It's really weird and most likely a server-side problem.

I can see how Necro, Warrior, and Mesmer were, but that a few compared to most. Even with HOT, I feel only a few felt work well in the Jungle. I think if they could do it over, they would probably put more thought into they flavors of the elites to match the expansion locations. Can't wait to see what they come up with next. Holosmith is linked to Glint's Zephyrite Crystals. That's their connection to the Crystal Desert / Elona. Weaver allegedly is connected to Elona's Djinn, but I don't recall having seen any proof of that. As for Firebrand, some of its skills (particularly the Tome of Resolve) are themed after heat and desert, so they have a connection to Elona and the Crystal Desert. Deadeye's only connection to Elona I can see is the Zafirah mission in Season 4.
  17. I like them being usable regardless of Attunement.
  18. I hope Arenanet won't undo it. I hope the Dwarves go back underground to chase after the last Destroyers once we kill Primordus.
  19. At this point, it doesn't even matter whether they change something or not. I have no hope for it to ever be decent again.
  20. > @"Flumek.9043" said: > Instead of potential niche high tier scenes like smash melee, the game rather went the normal mainstream route to not care about top0.01% balance but rather make average customer happy enough to buy next product. A business has to make money in the end. Many average players in my matches (at least I assume they are average, there is no telling with the Match Maker being dysfunctional) aren't happy with PvP either. All that condition spam, AoE spam and CC spam sucks the fun right out of it.
  21. I don't think there had been any thought given about spoilers. They didn't even hide the unavailable Mastery tiers, so I doubt they will hide those Mastery Points.
  22. > @"Randulf.7614" said: > If I take a character just starting IBS straight to the CHampions release, play through both and switch back to the start of IBS to carry on, will I have to redo the 7 DRMs again? Apparently, yes. I didn't dare to try that though.
  23. If you don't like it, there should be an option to turn it off. Other people like it. It wouldn't be fair to take it away from them. There is not a single shred of competitiveness left in the game anyway.
  24. > @"EdwinLi.1284" said: > I do think we may get involved with Gods again but not the ones we know about. The Human Gods that are worshipped we know about are only worshipped within the regions been in since GW1. However, that is only about 20% of the entire planet. There are probably other civilizations beyond and probably have Gods of their own. We may explore into these unknown regions and new civilizations once the Elder Dragon Storyline finally ends sometime either after EoD or after the living world after EoD since it will be unknown territory for everyone. I certainly hope, the current Arenanet won't touch them ever again. The last time they did, they utterly ruined one and forced us to kill him. The only god current Arenanet could possibly portrait accurately is Kormir, and that's because she wasn't a decent character to begin with.
  25. > @"aspirine.6852" said: > Heh, I kinda thought these drm were better than the ones before.. > I am kinda lost on the new mastery points though. Cant seem to find them on the maps.. In Thunderhead Keep it's inside the middle structure of the forge. In Snowden Drifts, it's on top of the Owl Lodge. In Lake Doric it's at the top of an ice structure on the lake. In Ebonhawke it's on top of some houses.
