Not our fault England keeps voting itself into positions of less and less relevance on the world stage.

DBL was meant to be pretty, in that way it's working as intended.

It looks great on videos like the one above, no doubt it looks good on a resume as well.

Just as long as you don't actually try to WvW on it.

These folks need to look in the mirror and realize that the advantages they once had, like having voice chat, is not longer an advantage as most pug groups are in TS nowadays. Pugs are a heck of alot more coordinated now for the most part.

    Uh, no

The general population didn't suddenly get gud when PoF launched.

Something else happened, or pair of somethings. Something much less miraculous

But the main competition in WvW is to see how much you can play as a group.

But I like sleep and am an Austrailist

That would be a tremendous amount of work.

And if you're really hard up i'll give you 5 bucks to shovel my driveway

    Agreed.

DBL has more than had it's shot at redemption. And by it's shot I mean Dev time. They've been tweaking it for years now and it's still a pariah. I personally like the larger map, I liked the original center A LOT, murderball is a riot. But for whatever reason, it's a constant flop. Let's learn from it, but let's admit it's a flop and move on.

I wouldn't know, I'm here for the social aspect of MMO's.

But I'd imagine the casual who's just logging in for a fite isn't even aware of what's making their team lose and win.

Every time we change world links people always question why some worlds get a link and others don’t and some are just generally unhappy with the links. If they were permanent instead of temporary we imagine even more people would be upset. We are actively trying to improve the algorithm and information we use for world linking but since **people generally seem to question the links we don’t believe a permanent version of them would go over positively.**

Are you planning to stick with world linking for the rest of the life of the game (aka is this just how WvW is going to be from now on) or is an entirely new system something that is being tossed around, discussed abstractly, etc. ??

This does not guarantee that we will switch to a different system and stop world linking, but currently we are not committing to world linking for the rest of the life of the game. We want to do a more formal presentation on this particular topic once everything has been investigated a little bit more, so we can give better explanations on what to expect.

Does kinda feel like we ended up financing PvE content, doesn't it?

Once upon a time people expected 3 different borderlands _by the first year_ lol.

    Estimates proved a bit off
