Well from the wiki hes credited with the following, but who knows what else he did.

He designed early renditions of continental Tyria.

He designed the initial version of Lion's Arch and he filled it with a lot of NPCs. In the city, he co-designed the ghost pirate jumping puzzle with Josh Foreman.

He designed the translatable alphabets for Ascalonian, New Krytan, Asuran script, and Orrian syllabary.

Dead quaggan puzzle.

He created the "Flying Dolyak" race of the first Festival of the Four Winds.

Worked on several story instances, including Arcana Obscura, Prisoners of the Dragon, The Sacrifice, and A Shattered Nation (the last story instance he worked on).

If I remember correctly he's also indirectly responsible for the invisible shoes. He rarely wears shoes in real life (hence the Twitter handle) and goes without them in games whenever possible. He'd tried to persuade Anet to add a check box to hide shoes but for whatever reason he was turned down, so someone decided to help him out by creating the invisible shoes as a work-around and managed to get those approved and into the game.

Incidentally when he was laid off he joked that the best thing about it was not having to wear pants. Maybe that can be inspiration for a new project: invisible pants?
